SEMICON JAPAN2011
SEMICON Japan 2011 was held at Makuhari Messe. We displayed our two Radical Monitors, Atmospheric-pressure Plasma Apparatus (μ-AP) and Super Continuum Light Source (NU-CSC), and Multi Element Monitor. Over 200 people visited out booth during the exhibition.

University-Business Interchange Techno-frontier 2006 was held at Nagoya Trade & Industry Center (Fukiage Hall). We displayed our Atmospheric-pressure Plasma Apparatus (μ-AP) and Super Continuum Light Source (NU-SC), both of which got a great response.
